"I have bought and sold several homes. Ive had ok, good and horrid realtors. Brett Davis is the first time i have dealt with a realtor i was TOTALLY impressed with. Not only does he do what you would EXPECT a competent realtor to do and know, he has done so much more! During the purchasing processes he was "on" the seller's realtor always to help move towards the closing. He made the closing so easy, when i found issues during the walk through he handled it quickly (couldnt find garage door opener, he was going to buy one). Even after the sale he has helped me...4 weeks later!!! The fence that was supposed to be installed before closing couldnt be done until 4 weeks later. Because i was starting a new job, Brett Davis told me he would meet with the installers so I didnt have to miss work. This was 4 weeks after the closing!!!
